Super width EP conveyor belt
Super width EP conveyor belt : Maximum production width up to 6500mm,high modulus for belt body, small elongation for use, good stability for heart resistance, impact resisting, applicable for delivering materials over medium and long distance with bigger load at high speed Sandwich layer has two materials of EP NN and CC.
2.Product advantages
When the belt width exceeds 1.8m, we call it Super wide belt. Hwaiton rubber has 3.5m and 6.6m wide vulcanizers, which can produce 1800-6500mm belts. The thickness can range from 10-42 mm.
Due to the good quality of equipment, good production process and smooth surface. Customers can customize different belts according to different special requirements.

We could offer belt with cover grade in accordance to International standard such as DIN 22102, RMA, AS 1332, SABS 1173/2000, IS 1891, BS 490, JIS K 6322, etc.
