This is a Mitsuba SM612 series starter for the 2002-06 Honda CRV with the 2.4L engine.

This unit and the 17870 used on the Honda Accord (and others), look almost identical.

The solenoid terminal, while mounted in about the same place on both units, point in a different direction. The 17816 is the same unit, except rated at only 1.2kw, and the field case is about 1 inch shorter.

The Honda dealer is replacing the 31200-PPA-003 with 31200-PPA-505 when ordered.

1) Q: What's the MOQ for this starter?

A: It's our regular production line, this part number is very popular in the market. Generally, we don't require for high qtys. We would suggest 20 to 50 pcs for single item.

2) Q: What's lead time?

A: 45 days once receipt of the order.

3) Q: What's the inspection method?

A: We have QCs to inspect the parts during assembling, the unit starter shall be 100% tested by DV tester before packing.

4) Q: What's the packing?

A: Each unit is to be in a PE bag with a neutral white or brown box, 4 units to a master carton or 144 units to a wooden or steel pallet, depends on the qtys. Custom-made color box is also welcome.

5) Q: How's the warranty?

A: 1 year after the goods shipped on board.
